Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations made between 14 days prior to arrival and the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total stay.
  • Cancel on or after 14 days before arrival, you will be charged the full cost of your booking
  • In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
  • Additional Check In Notes
  • Earlier and Late check available on request and could be subject to extra charge.

 Policy

  • Check in between 14:00 and 23:00. Check out by 11:30.
  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is allowed in: some of the open air areas and some of the public areas.
  • Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.                                                   

    Payment Conditions

  • A deposit of 20% of the stay is required. This deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
  • Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
  • Payments by: cash, BACS, PayPal and the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard
